Severe Thunderstorm Watch Issued for Tioga County and Surrounding Areas Until 10 PM
TIOGA COUNTY, PA – June 14, 2026 — The National Weather Service has issued Severe Thunderstorm Watch 334, which remains in effect until 10:00 PM EDT Sunday evening for portions of north-central Pennsylvania, including McKean, Potter, Tioga, and Warren Counties. (National Weather Service)
Communities included in the watch area include Mansfield, Wellsboro, Bradford, Coudersport, and Warren. Residents are encouraged to remain weather aware throughout the evening as conditions remain favorable for the development of severe thunderstorms. (National Weather Service)
According to the National Weather Service, storms may produce:
* Damaging wind gusts exceeding 60 mph
* Large hail
* Heavy rainfall
* Frequent lightning
